Are the trainers qualified?

Yes. Every personal trainer is fully qualified and registered with national regulating bodies (Fitness Australia and/or Exercise and Sports Science Australia). Our personal trainers are experienced in delivering resistance and strength training, cardio and high intensity interval training, and designing the ideal program to help you meet your fitness goals.

Is 30 minutes long enough for a personal training session?

Absolutely. It's all about intensity. Our personal training sessions are built around circuit and interval training, catered to your fitness level, age, and training goals. With their expertise, our personal trainings can tailor the intensity of sessions to ensure that 30 minutes is exactly long enough.

Never more than 15, and often about 4-8. There are quiet times to choose if you wish.

Do you run classes?

Yes—mat only Pilates. There is currently only one Pilates class held on a Wednesday night from 6:00-6:45pm. Due to Covid, there are limited numbers available.

Additionally, members regularly organise group circuit training and fitness sessions with a great team atmosphere.
